Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within a week of receipt. We live rurally but will make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. If there is some urgency, email me at:

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Many items include Free Shipping within Aotearoa/NZ

We can ship to any physical address within Aotearoa/NZ (not PO Box addresses)

For larger original artworks that have a shipping charge, this will be $60 and added at checkout. 

You are welcome to collect your art, email me to see what options we can find to get it to you, or simply select the Aotearoa/NZ Shipping option to get it delivered to your door. 

CourierPost charges more for rural deliveries.  Should it transpire that you’ve made an address entry error, I will contact you requesting additional payment before I can ship to you. Your understanding of this is appreciated.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Your purchase will be sent to you with a tracking code. Due to our rural setting with no postal or courier service available in our valley, your parcel will be taken to the local postal center and we will photograph the tracking details. 


Tricia Hewlett Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping company. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized by our carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Tricia Hewlett Art will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping company has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will file a claim with the shipping company. Local law enforcement will be involved. Where possible we will replace your order when the investigation is complete. Otherwise, we will offer a refund.

International Shipping

We currently ship outside Aotearoa/NZ on a case-by-case basis.
